1. No employee benefits 2. 10 hours per day as a working hours 3. No casual or sick leaves 4. Salary hike is very very low as compared to market 5. Boss is monitoring each and every little activities like how many times employee goes to the washroom, At what time employees leave the office 6. 6 days working per week 7. No employee engagement activity 8. No senior staff to train junior or interns 9. 1.5 years of bond with 15k rupees deposit which is highly probably to not for return. 10. Management is committed (in written) for 6 months of training but in most off cases they are extended the training to 7 to 8 months.
