      There is no pros here to write everything is cons and cons only.

      Cons

      1. No employee benefits 2. 10 hours per day as a working hours 3. No casual or sick leaves 4. Salary hike is very very low as compared to market 5. Boss is monitoring each and every little activities like how many times employee goes to the washroom, At what time employees leave the office 6. 6 days working per week 7. No employee engagement activity 8. No senior staff to train junior or interns 9. 1.5 years of bond with 15k rupees deposit which is highly probably to not for return. 10. Management is committed (in written) for 6 months of training but in most off cases they are extended the training to 7 to 8 months.

      Pros

      I enjoyed my duties at Swayam Infotech because they dont treat employee as employee but they consider them as family members of Swayam Family which makes the office environment very nice. I loved it. Full Marks.

      Cons

      No lift to the fourth floor :( so have to take stairs from 3rd to 4th floor which many times make us laugh as many new candidates called and ask lift dont come to your office?? I found it funny.

      No Doubt, THE BEST Place to work! I really appreciate and thank you so much for all of the opportunities this company has provided me which has not only helped but, is helping me to grow technically, professionally as well as personally. I have learned so much in these past 6 years (and still learning from this great place), and will never forget the kindness of management and all of my colleagues. Make positive is just filled with lots of opportunities at every level of career. Awesome people to work with, always ready to help, encourage and support.. be it technical or personal. About Company's CEO: Must Say, He is such cool & supportive person, always have the best solution to any concern/problem and always there to motivate, encourage & provide the best guidance or help.
