Sales is actually every role where you don’t feel like you have time to be a sales person. Micromanagement. They promote work life balance but will always ask you to come in. There’s barely any support if you can’t come in. Upper management talks badly about staff and one another. They’ll blame staff for lack of sales instead of listening to the constant complaints. RUN THE OTHER WAY.
