Pros

Good product means good employee benefits Good partnerships (established by the staff, not corporate or upper management)

Cons

terminated all upper management in MA locations with no notice, offered a major demotion (in title and pay) as the only alternative. upper leadership does not support studio management to be successful. bad studio culture, lack of follow through.

Pros

Celsius + access to modalities.

Cons

Culture, CEO + overall guidance. Girlllllll. Should've known they didn't have their ish together when they kept pushing my interviews back and then didn't bother to check my references. ANYWHOMST. My lead said multiple times that the CEO was "passionate." On my second day in the office, he literally cussed and turned his little face blood red directly at me and my lead.... For not a good enough reason. And then I realized the passion she spoke of. Furthermore: the leadership or guidance here is trash because anyone who can help is wayyyyyy too busy being pulled in 4847+ directions including almost weekly franchisee + potential franchisee seminars or answering stupid questions like "what color should the towels be?" I get it. It's a start up, make money, do good at your job and you will survive. I never had a chance lol. The only guidance I received was that I needed to make Sweathouz appear "sexy" which I thought was comical. Lastly the CEO made comments about things that is definitely not appropriate such as political stance, sexual orientation, ethnic backgrounds, i.e. Should've recorded that mess.
