Pros
- there are really good people who work here who are unfortunately extremely overworked and exploited
Cons
- No Career Growth: After three years in the same role, I was never given a promotion despite consistently positive feedback and taking on additional responsibilities. Instead, they hired an external person, which felt like a slap in the face. The reasons for the denial were never clear or convincing.
- Toxic Culture: The work environment is incredibly stressful, with employees frequently burning out due to overwhelming workloads and poor management. High turnover is common, and morale is consistently low.
- Massive Salary Disparities: There are significant salary differences between teams, and compensation doesn’t always reflect experience or performance. It felt like a two-tier system—some employees were paid well while others, especially in non-revenue-generating roles, were undervalued.
- Lack of Support for Employees: Management is disconnected from the challenges employees face. There is little to no support when it comes to mental health, burnout prevention, or promoting work-life balance.
- No Transparency: Internal communications about promotions, raises, and salary structures are vague and inconsistent. There’s no clear roadmap for career progression, and feedback is often generic rather than constructive.
