Very toxic environment, where people totally lack empathy and human relationships. People tend to be fake, no only in the sales teams, but in general. Absolute lack of management at the company level, resulting in a chaotic jungle : the most powerful people have the real power on any topics, and can treat other as they please without any constraints. Pressure of last minute, micro-management, absolute lack of process and common sens are wide spread across sales team. Selfishness is also common ground in the sales team, people are treated as robots. In result, the turnover of sales team is crazy high, which is also revealing this culture.
