Opportunities to grow: The company has scaled quickly, so if you’re proactive there’s room to take on responsibility and influence processes. You won’t be bored. Flexibility – Hybrid working and trust to manage your own schedule have been positives. The company also aligns its internal culture with its B‑Corp and mission-driven values which is great! Founders with proven experience: The founders have built another successful company before, so this isn’t their first “rodeo”. That gives confidence in the vision and the ability to navigate growth challenges.

If you thrive in high‑energy, fast‑changing environments, you’ll find this incredibly exciting and rewarding.
