Pros

A company that lets you bring your own creativeness to the role - your intelligence is recognised and listened to. The leadership team is made up of inspiring individuals and the entire team is truly passionate about what they do. You learn something everyday.

Cons

The company moves very fast so you have to stay very agile and be able to change directions very rapidly.

Pros

Mission that matters: The biggest draw for me has been working on something with real impact. Helping companies decarbonise and improve their sustainability performance makes the work meaningful, and it attracts colleagues who genuinely care about climate. Great people: My teammates are talented, collaborative, and passionate about what they do. There’s a strong sense of purpose, and you can learn a lot from the people around you. Opportunities to grow: The company has scaled quickly, so if you’re proactive there’s room to take on responsibility and influence processes. You won’t be bored. Flexibility – Hybrid working and trust to manage your own schedule have been positives. The company also aligns its internal culture with its B‑Corp and mission-driven values which is great! Founders with proven experience: The founders have built another successful company before, so this isn’t their first “rodeo”. That gives confidence in the vision and the ability to navigate growth challenges.

Cons

Pace and change: Sweep is a startup‑to‑scale‑up, which means things move fast, priorities evolve quickly, and agility is essential. If you thrive in high‑energy, fast‑changing environments, you’ll find this incredibly exciting and rewarding. If you prefer more predictability and stable structures, it might feel challenging – and that’s okay too.
