- Flexible hours - Good support from managers and coordinators - Its a very interactive role and can work with lots of different clients - Other support workers are friendly and very supportive colleagues

- Not many cons but they are mostly zero hours contracts so mostly flexible work rather than fixed hours, which doesn't work for everyone
