Hated working here! After my interview i was promised shifts around my area (great tactic to pull you in, please do not fall into the trap). If you’re looking for a job to survive on please do NOT apply here. Do your research and find another agency. There would be weeks where I hadn’t worked - when the coordinators finally call you it’s for a 2 hour shift miles away that they expect you to be happy to accept. All the support workers I met weren’t satisfied with their hours and had to take on other jobs. Sweettree makes a lot of money from their clients however, they pay their staff so little - talk about greed! The coordinators haven’t got a clue what they are doing either consider giving them more training. The coordinators will call you whilst you’re on holiday and on your day off even though, it’s on the system that you are unavailable. They get annoyed if you do not want to accept a shift that is not convenient for you and will beg you until you give in. Some coordinators are nice and understanding but, the rest are donuts. They bang down your phone like you owe them money, I would get atleast 10 calls per day. I could go on and on; just don’t bother with Sweettree.
