Pros

They offer work & the staff who call you in are nice.

Cons

It takes about 1 month to be paid, you need to insist. They tell you it's going to be in your account, it's not If this happen only once I understand, but it isn't. They make you wait to the point that you think they won't pay you, ignore phone calls etc... I have been an employer before this job, paying your employees on time, providing them with payroll record is the basic responsibility of an employer. Also as an employer I used this type of companies & I had to confirm hours with the companies withing 2 business days & had to pay the company within 1 week. Why are you not paying us on time? or as per the law? That said, I have been patiently waiting for my pay to quit. Do it once ok, do it twice & I'm an idiot for working for you. I was & am reliable at all times with this company. They have not.

Pros

My experience at Swift Staffing has been nothing short of amazing. After entering the company as a Staffing Intern and then transitioning to a full-time opportunity as a Staffing Coordinator, I know I am on the right path to develop my professional career. I’m grateful for the many opportunities I've had at Swift Staffing and the exposure to multiple aspects of the business. I look forward to continuing to build my human resources career with the Swift Staffing family. I also want to thank Tasha Turner for her continued guidance and welcoming me to the Swift Staffing family.

Cons

I don't have any cons.

Pros

This is a staffing company and a lot of their placements are in government jobs, usually temporary contract jobs. If your contract is long enough you could, possibly, have a chance to get in full time with the government.

Cons

They are a very small staffing company in Baltimore and don't have a lot of jobs available. They do not pay much or offer any perks. But it's a job.
