It takes about 1 month to be paid, you need to insist. They tell you it's going to be in your account, it's not
If this happen only once I understand, but it isn't. They make you wait to the point that you think they won't pay you, ignore phone calls etc...
I have been an employer before this job, paying your employees on time, providing them with payroll record is the basic responsibility of an employer.
Also as an employer I used this type of companies & I had to confirm hours with the companies withing 2 business days & had to pay the company within 1 week.
Why are you not paying us on time? or as per the law?
That said, I have been patiently waiting for my pay to quit. Do it once ok, do it twice & I'm an idiot for working for you.
I was & am reliable at all times with this company. They have not.
