      100% employee-owned. 401(k) matching. No two days are the same. Strong culture and sense of community. Extremely diverse. Upward mobility.

      Weekend work (not atypical for the industry).

      Pros

      Great projects and some great people.

      Cons

      Too many bad apples ruin it for others. Safety is a complete joke, don’t do their job not even the bare minimum only have the job because they have the certs but any random is competent to do that job. Laziness kills motivation, get rid of lazy workers
