Corrupt management poor contracts - Shift Supervisor Swissport Employee Review

Staff are seen as a number and not as a person. Management don't care about service levels and it shows and this tralsates down on to the staff which in turn give poor service. After working in this industry for over 20 years I can honestly say that swissport manchester has to be the most poorly run and disorganised I've seen. Management are corrupt and protect certain staff members.
