Pros
I loved the people I worked with. There were only 30 of us working for my account so we were like family. They encouraged us to learn all of the positions in association with the flights so the job was challenging and certainly not boring.
Cons
The software was so antiquated that the computer systems and procedures made the job more difficult than it had to be. Obtaining required or replacement uniform pieces was a joke. Don't gain weight, or have your colors bleed on the wash because then you won't be in compliance.
