Late paying people sometimes more than 2 weeks, the warehouse is way too hot to work in, short on people, work is easy but TL’s make it difficult, too many supervisors who have no idea what they’re doing, disorganized, managers would choose people they like to work in certain areas leaving people with all the hard work, ramp team do little work only a few would help out basically paid to do 3 hours work, no progression unless you’re buddies with the TL’s, new and inexperienced people would move onto easier areas much quicker, way too many staff working on castor deck leaving warehouse employees to pick up the slack, classroom training was long and not at all related to actual job
