Irregular shifts, poor rate of pay for the responsibility, dreadful allocation of work by previous ramp agent now alloator, supervisors who sit in vehicles, drive around or park up doing nothing. Night time supervisor who is on a constant power trip who loves to bully and intimidate staff,lack of equipment to carry out your work,spending anything up to 3 hours plus a shift per staff member looking for equipment even the basics like chocks and cones, Staff being forced to work over six hours without a meal /tea break. Very poor quality, cheep ,nasty uniform and management that could not care an iota about the staff. Only interested in themselves, lots of favouritism when it comes to training staff and up-skilling, if your face doesn't fit they will keep pushing you to the back of the Q for training. Long term experienced staff leaving due to poor working conditions
