Pros
Highly skilled and friendly colleagues. Management are always willing to listen to concerns/questions/suggestions. Smaller size of company makes it easier to get involved in other areas if you wish. Has some major names on the client list in a relatively niche market. No dead wood as the workforce is all relatively young and motivated.
Cons
Sometimes pressure from clients overspills into the office and work hours blow out - environment can become highly pressured and a little chaotic. Company is a victim of its own success with bigger names and is playing catchup on staffing levels and organisation.
