Pros
Cannot think of anything good in this company other than few good people. Time I was working here is complete waste of my time.
Cons
1. Work hard and no recognition. 2. Unprofessional HR system (No performance/payment review what so ever) 3. Lack of knowledge of management 4. Unfair employee treatment 5. management constantly lying (e.g. will give you company share, will credit all over time work etc) working here and they will hire new random unproven guy over you after what you've done to the company paying lot more money then will get rid of you eventually. Once they finish use of you, you are just simply disposable to the company. This happens not just me but with many others. few guys are doing well this company because they only act what owner wants/likes. Once guy normally sent to client site and all he does is walk around the shopping centre and management not knowing and don't care about this because they like this guy for being a good puppet. Every old member of the company left after make this company 10 X bigger then it was because of this unfairly treated. If you are intent to work here, be prepare to get abused.
