Shocking Culture - Anonymous employee Sydney Tools Employee Review

Terrible management . Culture is very toxic both in stores and in the office. The way the management talk to staff is terrible . DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. I would expect that in the 21st century that this type of management style would be illegal . No wonder they don't have a HR department. I started there and it took 3 days to arrange a desk and I'd say withing 24hrs the management was yelling at someone in a manner I haven't seen in over a decade . They film everything and have monitors on their desks that they watch and they also record phone calls. They never give you their focus when in a meeting. they will sit in a meeting and play on their phones and not give you eye contact. Good luck going for an interview
