Pros
Upper management- competent, care about employees. Flexible w break and lunch schedule, willing to allow job position movement, field expansion.
Cons
Told there was wage promotion after 90 days and Forklift certification...never happened. Only 6 paid holidays, and no sick time or vacation accrual for first 90 days, meaning after a year of employment you will have earned only about 4-5 days vacation. Bad work/life balance. Emotionally unstable, and toxic supervisor just drives around on a cart all day. Does no actual training of his employees, yet demands perfection, unless one of his faves. All while smiling and chuckling like a goober when face to face, but trash talking you to his hate-filled, lickspittle of a Lead behind your back. On top of that preaches about teamwork, yet is constantly trying to undermine and make team members look bad. Plus constantly makes asinine and cliche statements, but says them incorrectly. Like "nip it in the butt." Instead of "nip it in the bud." And is so insecure and emotional like a hormonal female, would secretly hold a grudge against you for weeks if you were to dare to point out that he is saying it wrong, waiting for the perfect moment to find a way to exploit and exaggerate any little mistake you might make. Also, the soda vending machine is often completely empty, which can suck.
