Quality Product Co-workers I am no longer there

All of the cons are because the owner won't let people do the jobs they were hired to do. He bullies people at every chance and blames others when things are his fault. Everyone lives in a constant state of stress.

- friendly coworkers - remote work - can't think of much else

- extreme micromanaging - long hours - no work/life balance
