Quality Product Co-workers I am no longer there

Cons

All of the cons are because the owner won't let people do the jobs they were hired to do. He bullies people at every chance and blames others when things are his fault. Everyone lives in a constant state of stress.

• There are some great colleagues who genuinely care about their work and strive to do their best despite challenging circumstances. • Opportunity to gain experience across various roles, though this is more out of necessity than intentional development.

Cons

Unrealistic Expectations: The company expects one person to take on multiple roles that should be spread across several specialized positions, such as inventory management, fulfillment supervision, logistics, bookkeeping, customer service support, web management, and even tech stack management. The combined workload is far beyond what one individual can reasonably handle, leading to burnout and setting employees up for failure. • Lack of Support and Training: Despite claiming to value education and employee development, there is little to no training or support provided to help staff succeed. The company often leaves employees to figure things out on their own, which contradicts their commitment to empowering people. • Misalignment with Core Values: The company frequently talks about its values, such as “People Before Profit” and “Win-Win-Win Relationships,” but fails to live up to these principles in practice. Employees are treated as replaceable, with the company showing little regard for their well-being or fair treatment. • Inconsistent with Mission and Vision: The company claims to be dedicated to fostering complete wellbeing and empowering customers with knowledge and tools for optimal health. However, the internal practices—such as expecting staff to cover numerous roles and failing to provide necessary resources—reflect a different reality. • High Turnover and Low Morale: The combination of unrealistic workloads, lack of support, and misalignment with the company’s values has resulted in high turnover rates and low employee morale. It is difficult to see a sustainable future for the company if these issues are not addressed.
