Pros
The employees were great. The work environment was good. My last supervisor was a very good person to work for. He left me alone to do my job.
Cons
Prior supervisor's reviews were not fair, and purposely rated me low (meets expectations) to avoid giving me the raise that matched my work. You have to take courses and pay for them yourself, in order to get ahead. Small IT Department, so advancement was minimal.
