      Pros

      Incredibly cool vision and the platform has super unique tech.

      Cons

      Too much capability, too little clarity about the product roadmap and who it's for. Little alignment about getting solution to biggest problem of time to value and usability.

      syncari offers a cool product and solves a lot of problems for organizations

      Cons

      Customers do not understand the product complexities and require a lot of handholding to build new use cases. The company is very siloed for having fewer than 30 employees. Rarely did ELT ask how employees were doing with a personalized 1:1 check-in and what trends they noticed with customers - it seemed like they only spoke to management (unless you were in a Slack channel and they decided to chime in). It was clear that most management was overwhelmed due to the tumultuous times of 2023.
