      Needs a real product strategy

      Pros

      Incredibly cool vision and the platform has super unique tech.

      Cons

      Too much capability, too little clarity about the product roadmap and who it's for. Little alignment about getting solution to biggest problem of time to value and usability.

      The snacks and working remotely.

      Cons

      There is A LOT to do with at this company. It would be exciting to build and grow this product but the leadership lacks vision, an executive plan, prioritization skills, and respect for their employees.

      Flexible, no real pressure to speak of, decent income if the numbers they put in front of you were consistently possible.

      Cons

      Tough sale, contradicts a core tenant of data architecture, very niche buyer, marketing unable to generate momentum, they do a poor job of setting accurate expectations.
