Horrible place to work - Anonymous employee Synchrony Employee Review

Management mistreats employees, yelling and constant gaslighting, mental instability and work place bullying. Training wasn't comprehensive and left many unprepared for the role. Constant threats from management to be fired, yet no opportunities for supplemental training and assistance. Ultimately the worst and unprofessional job experience I've had thus far.
