      Pros

      Flexibility benefits opportunity. The company gives its employees a great foundation to encourage performance rewards are up front so you know exactly why you are there at least from a compensation perspective.

      Cons

      35 y/o upstart very immature business processes. Recently separated from GE still stuck in its shadow from a technical perspective. Many people still stuck in past. Need to move forward

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance
