Pros

Training is done well with good instructors.

Cons

ADHERANCE requirement are a joke and they expect people to sit still taking call after call with min breaks and only 6 min all day to use the bathroom. For very little pay, especially compared to all other call centers pay scales.

Pros

Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

Cons

Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.
