Pros
In Synchrony the work culture is good professional and they follow the ethics in the business. It is excellent organization every one will learn more values to their personal and professional life.
Cons
In Synchrony I didn't found that much of negative points. But if the work is not going in proper way or not deliver project in time at that point the management will show the stress.
