      Great schedules, 401k, amazing health insurance for a 20 something single mom with a couple health conditions, love my manager he's awesome

      Cons

      Compensation is not competitive when a single department is highly overworked and at another bank they would make more doing less

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

      Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.
