      flexible schedule, part time work from home

      Cons

      Do not recognize experienced employees which are paid same as a new employee. Do not plan to obtain more than a 33 cent per hour wage unless you are willing to advance. Very partial to bilingual employees.

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance
