      Plenty of training and support. They are always happy to help you. Benefits start on day one!! That is unheard of. Wonderful leadership.

      There are none. I've only been here a week and so far I have not seen or heard any negativity from anyone.

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

      Cons

      Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.
