Pros
*I have met some exceptionally lovely people. *There is a lot of opportunities to move around as the company is so large, enabling people to grow out of and into new parts of the company. *Depending on how you look at it, but from a tech and design standpoint, the products are remarkably behind, so it can be fun to work towards turning things around as they can only get better.
Cons
* This has been the most unorganized, bureaucratic, non-employee centric company I have ever been a part of. I believe that there is a ton of well-intentioned, but the execution is the opposite. For example, the company will talk about employee well being and promoting equality and generally have friendly marketing towards employees. * The benefits, like many things, look awesome on paper, but when its time to collect any benefit. ANY. It is the most painful, heartbreaking, and frustrating experience. Their Human Resource department lacks all human to it. It is really bad and makes me wonder how it all stays afloat.
