Pros
I thank my stars everyday for working here. People are friendly , great culture & work life balance. Half day fridays , lots of cultural events ( virtually) & care about diversity & inclusion.
Cons
Career progression is an issue & multiple lateral roles are encouraged. Need to find more ways to network for progression in a virtual environment but that applies to a lot of companies.
