      Good benefits, Internet, monitor, WFH one-time allowance, insurance is better, All the basic stuff. Permanent WFH option moms back to office policy Diversity is actively sought, Ex-Military and Physically challenged people great place for them.

      Cons

      Lower than market salary. Pay parity is not there.

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance
