Pros

Plenty of training for the position, the people you work with are all great. Everyone help Everyone. Management on the floor is very relaxed with the exception of a few. They offer quite a few in house functions such as 5min massages, BBQ's, they celebrate the holidays although you work all of them, they buy food for numerous occasions, and they have an on site cafeteria and a gym.

Cons

The standard for making a bonus is unreasonable, the standard time for completing calls is unreasonable, they will coach you till your blue in the face but in the end if you don't meet an average call time of 6.5 minutes per call (fraud dept) then you will be discharged.

Pros

Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

Cons

Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.
