Pros
Very good company to start your job with. Very organized ,informative and knowledge-oriented training. The knowledge and experience you gain from this company(though mine was for a short duration) helps you further ;especially when you are looking for a new job.
Cons
The salary you draw every month would be slightly at the lower end.
