Pros
Work from home is convenient
Cons
Way too many check list items to perform in a call, calls are graded harshly. If you don't offer a link or ask for an email address you automatically fail the call. Too many check list items, obsessive ridiculous requirements for calls. Huge call volume, no time for even a sip of water. Management pretends to care but they really dont. Customer service reps are underpaid and way overworked. Extremely understaffed. With inflation our pay is laughable. Csrs have to allow customers to treat them terribly, curse & threaten us, and we cannot end the call. This job has destroyed my mental health, and many others. They say there's so much room to grow but that couldn't be further from the truth. You're lucky to get out of customer service. Work conditions are comparable to slave labor. Csrs cannot take a minute or two between calls to regroup and they are treated terribly. Managers treat you like your livestock, micromanage and use scare tactics. Stay away from this place. They pump you full of hopes and false promises and then throw you to the wolves and don't look back. Managers do not take feedback seriously unless it's good feedback. You will be targeted and penalized for saying something they don't want to hear or asking for better work conditions. Management is hostile and unhelpful.
