-wfh -very considerate when it comes to schedules -they have a lot of activites -they provide a lot of bonuses
Cons
-Low basic salary -since it is mostly wfh if you have questions there is no assigned sme to answer you so it is very difficult especially at first that you are not familiar abt the processes -overwhelming tasks and policies
