My manager was great and very supportive

Cons

Heavy Workloads, Doesnt have much resolutions for their customers so a lot of time agents are blamed. You get like 10 secs of breathing time before you receive another call. very exhausting for a low salary job

Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance
