Pros

They pay pretty well for a call center position, working from home is great, the training is pretty detailed and good, and there is great support, company/employee engagement opportunities are there, if you want to do more than just to work for a company, they have some great culture.

Cons

metrics on customer service can be a bit challenging because the types of calls are about people's money, there should be some grace since finances are kind of sensitive for most people,

Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

Cons

Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.
