Pros

You get joining bonus if you join early but need to pressurize HR while salary discussion.

Cons

There are lot cons: 1. They ask you to join early and will make false promises that client is waiting for you and after joining you will realize that all were fake 2.No project and lot of threats , You can be fired at anytime without any reason. 3. Poor and pathetic managers i have ever seen in my whole career , they don't know how to talk to their employee , far away from professionalism . I worked on client location UBS and this project is slipping from Synechron side and I would blame this all happening only because of pathetic managers. 4. In UBS project Managers are very happy , they keep on reimbursing all their expenses of their own party, drinks and many mores without involving team except some selected people . No project parties or no any other activities happened for whole team. 5. No helpful managers if any employee need any help , no 1-1 discussion happens . 6. Managers sets very childish or I would say pathetic KRA's, be punctual, fill you timesheet and reply to managers that he can mark in his excelsheet that you have submitted it. Why managers won't get the data from EAG portal itself . 7. Regional biased managers. 8. No value to employees who work hard , all rewards are given to who won't work, friends or belongs to manager's region. 9. Lot of good people got fired and managers who did no contributions at all are enjoying all the perk that made project successful. This is very demotivating

Pros

I have been working at Synechron, and my experience has been a mix of strong learning opportunities and a few challenges. On the positive side, I’ve had the chance to work on modern technologies and meaningful projects in the financial services domain. The exposure to clients and the pace of work helped me grow quickly and stay updated with industry trends. However, compensation is an area where I feel the company could improve. While the salary is competitive for some roles, market adjustments and internal corrections tend to move slowly. Promotions and hikes are not always transparent, and the process can feel inconsistent across teams. - I gained strong exposure to BFSI projects - I worked with modern tech stacks and digital transformation initiatives - I had supportive teammates and managers in most cases - I appreciated the opportunities for onsite roles - I experienced good learning and growth

Cons

- Compensation adjustments were slow - Promotion and appraisal processes lacked transparency - Work-life balance depended heavily on the project - HR processes were sometimes delayed - Management consistency varied across accounts
