      Pros

      With the recent merge between inVentiv Health and INC - our benefits are much better - which includes one week off between Christmas and New year.

      Cons

      The merge also brought a lot of turnover and those of us who stayed with a very large workload and not a clear understanding of the new processes, SOPs and timelines.
