      Good work environment, Allows professionally growing , Great work time flexibility, Allows home office, It encourages you to keep learning, Annual training budget for external courses, training and certifications.

      Cons

      If you have Mexican managers you will not grow professionally; low salary; poor salary increase after promotion by step rate but with twice of responsibilities.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
