Great opportunity to advance quickly and work with very smart people.
Cons
When the contract ends, so does your employment. Unlike other companies, if there are layoff there are usually severance packages. While at Syneos, if the client decides to end the contract early, so goes your employment. No severance, no benefits, nothing. I realize that many people have it much worse, but is disheartening when it happens.
