      Week off between Christmas and New Years. Great group of colleagues. Good FSP models.

      Cons

      Health Benefits are not great, not all services are covered. Career advancement is time in the seat not based on abilities.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
