      *lots of runway for process improvement *young company (result of early 2018 merger) so lots of energy and growth *really kind, thoughtful, and team-oriented colleagues

      *recent merger = redundant and confusing teams, systems, etc. *benefits package isn't stellar, but in line with industry standard

      Bonus unstable for number of year. Not significant opportunity to move up.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
