      Kinapse values Work culture Management Recognition of employees work and team leads act on the feedback on real time basis Good salary structure when compared to any other standard organization. Finally I can say most of the former employees really wanna work again with kinapse in future.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
