Pros
Employee benefits are okay, salary is impossible to improve though.
Cons
Really difficult to progress, and if you do, only small steps. No transparency among leadership or management - it is all very political. Recognition from direct line manager is always there, but they are unable to progress you any further. When company was smaller, there was a lot more support and sufficient training. You will be expected to read an SOP and hit the ground running.
